A.Purpose and performance
Our company has developed more
high-end self-lubricating wear-resistant sleeve / shaft sleeve
with several patents. It has been put into use for many years,
and the stamping speed has been increased by 5.5 times, and
the whole stamping production line has been unmanned.
①Abrasion resistance: compared with other engineering plastics,
the abrasion index of UHMWPE mortar is only 1 / 5 times of
PA66, and 1 / 10 times of hepe and PVC.
②Self lubrication: very low friction coefficient (0.05-0.11)
③Impact resistance: compared with other engineering plastics,
impact strength is about 2 times of PC, 5 times of ABS, 10
times of POM and pbtp, 10 times of nylon 66, 20 times of PVC
and 4 times of polyethylene. The impact resistance is so high
that it is difficult to break it by the usual impact test
method. In liquid nitrogen (- 195 ℃), it can also maintain
excellent impact strength. It has excellent impact energy
absorption, and the impact energy absorption value is the
highest among all plastics, so it has good noise damping performance
and excellent sound reduction effect.
④ chemical corrosion resistance: Based on its molecular group
structure, the chemical stability is very high. In addition
to strong oxidizing acid solution, it can withstand various
corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic media (excluding
tea solvent) within a certain temperature and concentration
range. When 80 kinds of organic solvents at 20 ℃ and 80 ℃
were immersed for 30 days, there was no abnormal phenomenon
on the surface and almost no change in other physical properties.
⑤ weather resistance: it can be used safely within - 269 ℃
~ + 80 ℃, without embrittlement. It is still malleable at
liquid helium temperature (- 269 ℃).
⑥ non adhesion: its surface adsorption capacity is very weak,
and its anti adhesion capacity is next to PTFE, so the product
surface is not easy to adhere to other materials.
